Terminals, User Interfaces
A new production signed Ricoh SOP package containing the latest fixes and improvements. (SQC-6409)
The Ricoh SOP terminal successfully installs on devices following the new firmware release. (SBT-3421)
The Ricoh SOP terminal successfully starts upon re-installation. (SBT-3380)
Ricoh G2.5 devices utilizing SmartSDK below 3.0 will default back to G2.0 style accounting to preserve accounting consistency. (SBT-3359)
When a user tries to log into multitenancy management with a username other than "admin", they will receive a ‘log-in failed message’. (SBT-3351)
On the Ricoh SOP terminal when print is restricted for a defined user, they will be successfully navigated back to the main menu. (SBT-3346)
When zooming in or out of the Management User Interface, any links will remain visible. (SBT-3338)

An authentication application failure on the Ricoh SOP terminal (IM 350) has been resolved with no further failures; however, in the event of this occurring, an auto-recovery will be triggered. (SBT-3286)In Xerox workflows when WPS is not available, the user will be presented with a message and, upon selecting the OK button, they can stay in the scanning application or be redirected to the main. In the Management interface ‘detailed connector screen’, when the connector type is not selected and saved, if the user then makes a language change no errors will occur. (SBT-3300)
In the management interface, a user without "Add, edit, and delete users" rights cannot view the user edit page. (SBT-3298)
Unsupported user counters are skipped when accounting on the Ricoh SOP G2 devices. (SBT-3278)
There is a new configuration option, "mailLocalhostAddress", that allows an administrator to work around the server domain name for SMTP protocol and set a custom value when containing un-supported characters. (SBT-3254)
In the devices tab within the management interface, when searching for user tags with an underscore, the system will only deliver records with an underscore in them. (SBT-3231)
In the management interface, when importing users or roles, a limit of 30MB has been applied to the CSV file size to allow for completion of the task without loss of performance. (SBT-3213)
When duplicating scan workflows, the access role will be listed in the same order for each copy. (SBT-3210)
When creating a new cost center and completing all required customer values, all the information will be successfully saved upon selecting the save button. (SBT-3201)
The accounting information is always available when using the Ricoh SOP terminal on the IM 350. (SBT-3162)

When editing a price list in billing, if an incorrect range is entered, a meaningful error message will be displayed. (SBT-1266)
Early Access Program
In SafeQ Client V3. the spooler correctly handles the IPP job state and provides consistency between the processed job and what is seen in the system spooler. ( SBT-3336 )
YSoft SafeQ Client v3 is under the Early Access Program (YSQL6-049-0000; YSoft SAFEQ Client v3; F_NEW_SQ6_CLIENT); see details about the program in Early Access Program. Client application use needs to be validated by a Y Soft Solution Consultant.
