The Print all toggle button on 2nd Gen Embedded Terminals has been increased in size to allow for improved user engagement.

When selecting ‘High resolution’ within a scan workflow on the Ricoh SOP terminal, the resolution will default to 400 dpi. (SBT-2683)

Any print job that is in a ‘Cancelled’ state will be visible on the HP embedded terminal. (SBT-2560)

When a user is utilizing quotas, any selected change in finishing options will be accounted for on the Xerox embedded terminal. (SBT-2552)

The installation of the Konica Minolta embedded terminal has been improved when installing with a self-signed certificate. (SBT-2551)

The YSoft SafeQ scan workflow connector now supports Micro Focus Content Manager (HP Content Manager/HP Trim) version 9.X. (SQC-430)

Customers can update SPOC without having to define the option 'startServicesAfterInstall'. (SBT-2698)

The license expiration date within the management dashboard reflects the same expiration date detailed on the license information page . (SBT-2692)

Within the payment system, the ability to export translation means not only English text is displayed in all languages. (SBT-2689)

It is now possible to create an access definition for a previously created device in the YSoft SafeQ management interface. (SBT-2687)

When an administrator is exporting the filtered transaction from reports within the YSoft SafeQ Payment System, the exported content is clear and reflects the original content. (SBT-2682)

Removal of all edit privileges for non-admin users from ACL configuration during installation of SafeQFlexiSpooler service. (SBT-2655)

In Flexi spooler, when a user selects batch printing via far-roaming, all the jobs listed in the batch are sent over the far roaming method. (SBT-2634)

On HP devices, automatic paper format detection is enabled allowing users to accurately capture A3 when scanning. (SBT-2568)

In environments utilizing the 'Kuario' payment plug-in with the Konica Minolta embedded terminal, reservations are settled, users are charged, and continued authentication is possible. (SBT-2556)

The customer can correctly parse jobs from the macOS Xerox print driver. (SBT-2520)

The correct Chinese language is displayed in the ‘Miscellaneous’ section within the YSoft SafeQ management interface. (SBT-2515)

YSoft SafeQ 6 will wait for all IPP confirmations and will not terminate the connection by RST. (SBT-2494)

YSoft SafeQ 6 handles PJL messages from the MFD correctly with the RAW backend and fully delivers jobs to the MFD successfully (YSoft SafeQ Spooler, FlexiSpooler , and YSoft SafeQ Client v3 ). (SBT-2483)

For customers who have HP embedded terminal with IPP back-end and the MFD in the environment reaches a limit of 5 jobs in a queue, YSoft SafeEQ 6 will continue re-trying job delivery until successfully added to the queue. (SBT-2477)

In the YSoft SafeQ 6 management interface, an administrator is able to change the language of the selected device from the action’s menu. (SBT-2404)

Early Access Program

Compliance and security have been improved through the option to use YSoft SafeQ Client v3 in a fully secured environment by setting up Job Service to communicate over secure YMQ. (SQC-5393)

The 3D job reception in client non-spooling mode is implemented in YSoft SafeQ Client v3. (SBT-2497)

YSoft SafeQ Client v3 is under the Early Access Program (YSQL6-049-0000; YSoft SafeQ Client v3; F_NEW_SQ6_CLIENT); see details about the program in Early Access Program. Client application use needs to be validated by a Y Soft Solution Consultant.
