An incorrect translation for Hungarian "Quick scan" in Ricoh terminal has been corrected.

In the YSoft SafeQ end user interface, the card conversion tool is now displayed correctly.

On Ricoh SOP terminals, the billing code application now re-directs users to the shortcut screen after making a billing code selection.

MFD still using a secured connection after management change of system default from 'Enabled' to 'Disabled' has been fixed.

When scanning in A4 on an A4 device using Ricoh SOP terminal, all scanned documents are delivered in portrait instead of landscape.

Installation and Administration

As an administrator, when importing or exporting a scan workflow as XML, the advanced scan options are now included.

Job Service no longer logs user sensitive data when Verbose logging enabled.

During installation, the installer creates silent.ini file in temp folder. This silent.ini file included only the first Management server but now includes also the second one.

YSoft SafeQ 6 components have been updated to mitigate against Tomcat vulnerabilities. (YPS, Management, EUI)

In the management web interface (Rules), the access definition page is now displayed correctly when using Internet Explorer 11 browser.

When user uninstalls the flexi-spooler client with version MU52 (or older version) and then installs the flexi-spooler client version MU53 (or later version), the user is now able to print.

Early Access Program

The copyright & icon in YSoft SafeQ Client v3 is now compliant with Y Soft standards.

YSoft SafeQ Client v3 now generates authentication headers during an emergency print job delivery allowing the print job to be successfully printed when SafeQ servers are not available.

YSoft SafeQ Client v3 application now correctly displays the Y Soft icon.

The YSoft SafeQ Client v3 application no longer shows a "Print job accepted" window even when the user signs in for queue management.

The first preview generation request no longer fails within the YSoft SafeQ Client v3 application.

The correct version of YSoft SafeQ Client v3 in the tray menu is now displayed.

The YSoft SafeQ Client v3 application no longer displays an incorrect icon for the Client when in offline mode on macOS.

Within the YSoft SafeQ Client v3 application, the user interface is now updated with the correct configuration.

A user is now able to print jobs in YSoft SafeQ Client v3.

YSoft SafeQ Client v3 is under the Early Access Program (YSQL6-049-0000; YSoft SafeQ Client v3; F_NEW_SQ6_CLIENT); see details about the program in Early Access Program. Client application use needs to be validated by a Y Soft Solution Consultant.

Customers who use YSoft S afeQ extensions or customizations should contact their Y Soft RSM or Customer Support Services for compatibility verification with the new Build. We recommend testing all extensions before applying a Build update into a production environment.
