FlexiSpooler on Windows 7/Windows 2008

YSoft Universal Print Driver is not compatible with Windows 7, Windows 2008 and older. Another, preinstalled, HP driver is used on such systems. This approach enables us to deploy secure queues even without any driver specified. However, the recommended procedure is to use a suitable vendor driver and create a queue to already installed IP_Local port.
