The list of devices supported under Print Management Suite LD has been extended. All the supported devices can be found in the Hardware Compatibility List (HCL).

Terminals, User Interfaces

When price estimation is used the estimated price is accurately reflected (Rounding up/Down). (SBT-2815)

The configurable time-out value in the ‘Scan Parameters’ has been increased to allow for successful delivery of the user's scan job when remaining on one screen for a long time with no refresh. (SBT-2803)

Font size limitation is clearly communicated when utilizing the rules-based engine ‘Watermark’. (SBT-2802)

After log-in at the MFD, the user can successfully search for the billing code with no unexpected error occurring. (SBT-2771)

When printing PDF jobs where there is a missing GhostScript Parser, a warning message will be displayed on the job information page within the management interface. (SBT-2765)

When the Konica Minolta finishing options have been enabled the user is able to select the job detail and successfully release the job. (SBT-2759)

Job title fits the text frame in job detail on YSoft SafeQ end user interface. (SBT-2715)

Installation and Administration

In the management interface when selecting any language, the language selected will be displayed accurately in management dashboard. (SBT-2819)

In the management interface when selecting "Chinese" language, the translation of ‘Application Feature’ is accurately reflected. (SBT-2818)

Mobile integration gateway services start automatically upon re-start of the server. (SBT-2817)

When updating the Server Installer in simplified Chinese language the previous version number is accurately displayed. (SBT-2813)

Security hardening of communication between terminal server and FujiXerox MFD. (SBT-2804)

Blank page removal is now disabled by default when OpenAPI 4.13a is set in the management interface and the MFD supports the setting of this property. (SBT-2788)

Un-installation of the Sharp device is successful even if the terminal server is no longer installed. (SBT-2781)

A user’s favorite jobs when re-printed will be accurately reflected in web reports. (SBT-2769)

During the pre-installation checks, the installer will show a warning about the print spooler service not running to the user but will continue the installation. (SBT-2767)

Data is preserved in case of a validation error of the installed cloud terminal. (SBT-2760)

Early Access Program

In SafeQ Client V3, the user will be prompted to authenticate again if the incoming job fails. (SBT-2810)

The user will be displayed an error message in the SafeQ Client V3. When the SPOC is down. (SBT-2757)

In SafeQ Client V3, if the connection to the site server is lost the user will be displayed an error message explaining what went wrong. (SBT-2755)

YSoft SafeQ Client v3 is under the Early Access Program (YSQL6-049-0000; YSoft SAFEQ Client v3; F_NEW_SQ6_CLIENT); see details about the program in Early Access Program. Client application use needs to be validated by a Y Soft Solution Consultant.
