YSoft SafeQ 6 - Release Notes Build 53
Fixes and Improvements
Terminals, and User Interfaces
Embedded Terminal for Toshiba no longer continues to print when the user logged out. (SBT-1736)
On Embedded Terminal for Ricoh, the star symbol for marking favorite jobs was removed when a terminal is deployed using a layout that has the favorite jobs tab deactivated. (SBT-1995)
Installation/uninstallation of Embedded Terminal for Ricoh on devices with Java 7 or older now passes without failure. (SBT-2125)
Embedded Terminal for Ricoh SOP no longer requires "Enhanced print volume tracking". The ability to enforce its usage is now enabled via Terminal Server property ricohSopEnhancedPrintVolumeTrackingEnabled. (SBT-2123 )
YSoft Universal Print Driver (UPD) with Letter-sized paper format settings was adjusted to follow Microsoft Office defined page margin settings (e.g. Word, Excel). (SBT-1760)
When a job from a batch encounters an error, the job and all consequent jobs from the same batch are rejected and put into a waiting list. The user can then resolve the MFD issue and initiate a new batch print of those rejected jobs; these rejected jobs are again released in the correct order. (SBT-2117)
1D barcode scan separation can be used even if an MFD produces multiple single-page PDFs instead of jpeg files.

Installation, Administration and Reporting
An upgrade from YSoft SafeQ 5 could fail if too many duplicate users were stored in the database. (SBT-2179)
FlexiSpooler thread delivering jobs to IPP was improved. In rare cases, it could become stuck preventing further direct printing to the same queue until the FSP was restarted. (SBT-2152)
An accounting driver window on the management interface was enlarged for better readability. (SBT-2047)
A missing link to device_id column in counter reporting measures was fixed. (SBT-2157)
The speed of XSLX reports for management reporting was significantly improved. Depending on the number of data, it could take even dozens of minutes, hours. (SBT-2229)
A manually created user that has the same email as a user imported from LDAP can be deleted without error blocking this operation. (SBT-2184)
Full LDAP replication was improved in the area of cards replication from Active Directory. In the specific configuration, it was possible that one card was assigned to more users even though in Active Directory it was assigned only to one user. (SBT-1585)
Added a new property, billing-codes-enable, which allows the use of locally defined billing codes on Site Server. (SBT-2197)
Added a new property, overrideRemoteHostname, to the management interface. When enabled, this option allows using smartQ-server-ip address from spoc.conf as the SPOC's local IP address. (SBT-2115)
Improvements in localization texts, colors and fonts on the management interface in the user access rights dialogue. (SBT-2204)
