Using YSoft Mobile Connect for iOS
Prerequisites
An iPhone with:
iOS 12.2 and newer
Bluetooth
Internet connection
An activation code – ask your IT department to obtain your activation code.
Installation of the application
The YSoft ID Application can be installed from App Store.
Registration
To register your phone in the YSoft ID Application, do the following:
Run the application.
The Welcome screen is shown at the start of the application. Tap Let's get started to register your phone.
Enter your phone number and tap Send code. An SMS with a 6-digit verification number is sent to your phone number.
Note: The phone number is used for verification and as device identification only. Y Soft does not collect additional user data or track any user activity.

Enter the verification number and then tap Verify. You have the option to resend the verification number after 30 seconds.

Enter your activation code – you can type the code manually or scan the code from QR code via Scan from QR code button. Tap Submit. The application will check and prepare your credentials file.

After everything is processed correctly, the following screen is displayed for a few seconds and then you can start using the application.
Workflow of authentication on a card reader
After your registration is complete, you can use the YSoft ID Application to authenticate on card readers via BLE. In order to use this application, the Bluetooth must be turned on and new connections must be allowed. When you open the YSoft ID Application, the default screen is shown.
Device detection
The card reader may be detected either via the default screen or the user receives a notification.

Notification
When the card reader is detected, you receive a local notification and after tapping on it, you are redirected to the Default screen of the application.
Authentication at the device
After successful device detection, you tap Authenticate and then place your phone close to a card reader. If the phone is recognized, the success screen is shown. After successful authentication, you are redirected to the default screen after a few seconds. If your phone is not recognized by the card reader, make sure the Bluetooth is enabled on your phone or move your phone closer to the card reader.

Menu
To get to the menu, you should tap the menu icon, found in the top right corner of the default screen. The menu encompasses Settings, About, and Unregister.
Settings
In the settings. you may choose to set the sound of the notifications and also the display mode.
Notifications
Sound on – Depends on the settings of your iPhone. When the Silent mode of your iPhone is off, then the sound is on and when the Silent mode is on, then the notifications from the YSoft ID application vibrate.
Silent – The notifications from the application are muted.
Display settings
System default – The appearance of the mobile application is taken on from the system settings.
Light – A light appearance not depending on the system settings.
Dark – A dark appearance not depending on the system settings.
