Scan to SharePoint and OneDrive with user-based authentication (OAUTH2). (SQC-6590)

YSoft SafeQ now provides the ability to scan from the application to either SharePoint or OneDrive with user-based authentication which utilizes the open authorization protocol 'OAuth 2.0. which helps to improve security.

What is OAuth?
OAuth 2.0, which stands for “Open Authorization”, is a standard designed to allow an application to access resources hosted by other applications on behalf of a user. It replaced OAuth 1.0 in 2012 and is now the de facto industry standard for online authorization.

OAuth 2.0 provides consented access and restricts actions of what the client application can perform on resources on behalf of the user, without ever sharing the user's credentials.

Improved Exported Filename in Scan Workflows (SQC-7771)

Customers are now provided the ability to have a more informative filename when exporting a document via a scan workflow.

The exported filename now contains the name of the workflow from the Management interface and a timestamp.

Lexmark Series 7 Support (SQC-7858)

YSoft SafeQ now supports the new Lexmark Series 7 platform with the following enhancements:

The PIN authentication screen now contains a keyboard as new Lexmark devices do not have an embedded keyboard.
The correct display of the YSoft SafeQ logo.

Fixes and Improvements

Terminals, User Interfaces

The Japanese translation is correctly applied to the 'Discard all' button on the emergency print screen. (SBT-4347)

When adding a new condition in a new rule, the condition "User is a member of the role" is now correctly translated after it is added in Chinese. (SBT-4313)

Login to the FUJIFILM BI Embedded terminal with the payment feature enabled is no longer slow. (SBT-3240)

In German language in the Rules tab "als" appears only once now. (SBT-3204)

Installation and Administration

Upgrade of YSoft SafeQ Spooler and Job Service to .NET 6. (SQC-7870)

As an administrator, I can install YSoft SafeQ Embedded Terminal with the Xerox 3rd gen EIP browser. (SQC-7755)

A job preview will be generated when working with a remote job store. (SBT-4390)

Job Service will only accept tokens that belong to the tenant to which the Job Service belongs. (SBT-4382)

The YSoft SafeQ Client v3 Emergency Print behavior is now clearly documented. (SBT-4377)

The YSoft SafeQ Client v3 documentation has been updated to advise how to handle users who have a login that uses special characters so that print jobs are queued correctly. (SBT-4342)

Options in the Management interface are propagated to YSoft SafeQ Client v3 correctly. (SBT-4338)

The YSoft SafeQ Client v3 no longer crashes when jobs are requested to be deleted from Print Job Storage as these will be deleted one after the other and not in parallel. (SBT-4335)
