Konica Minolta - Disable the ID and print option on the MFD

At the MFD, disable the ID & Print option as follows:

1. Open the Utility menu.

   

2. Tap Administrator Settings.

   

3. Enter the Administrator password for the MFD; then tap OK.

   The default password is 1234567812345678.

   

4. Tap User Authentication/Account Track.

   

5. Tap option User Authentication Settings.

   

6. Tap Administrative Settings.

   

7. Tap ID & Print Settings.

   

8. Select options as shown below; then tap OK.

   

   ID & Print – OFF

   Public User – Print Immediately.
